Sandye Brown is the founder of PassionFire Associates, an organizational consulting and professional development firm based in Vancouver, Washington. In her capacity as a leadership development consultant and executive coach, Sandye works with executives, managers and other organizational leaders to build high performance work cultures.

Her work is aimed at creating collaborative and team-oriented work environments and developing leadership at all levels to help organizations achieve their key business objectives. Sandyes clients have included Allstate, Hughes Space and Communications, GE Capital, and Sears. Sandye designs customized curriculum and training programs.
Her programs have focused on leadership, high performance team development, coaching, and developing internal trainers. She also works one-on-one with managers to help them adapt to changes, learn to empower and motivate others, clarify their values, and develop behaviors consistent with their professional and organizational goals. Sandyes work training and developing groups, teams and individuals began in 1980. In 1992, she joined the national consulting firm of DiBianca-Berkman Group. The firm specialized in large-scale systems change.
Specific accomplishments included:
- Transforming twelve senior managers into a cohesive team of internal coaches for a retail organization committed to creating a high performance culture. The team designed and pioneered a major process reengineering initiative that was successfully implemented throughout company.
- Creating a high performance team training and coaching program for an insurance organization. Delivering high performance team training for ten teams comprised of 150 people. Coaching teams to develop team charters and deliver on promised results. Developing a team of internal change agents that successfully designed and delivered strategic change interventions throughout the organization.
Among Sandyes strengths are her professionalism and presence, and her ability to embrace and welcome diverse viewpoints and people. Her ability to find the greatness in others leaves those with whom she works feeling comfortable, supported and inspired to take on new challenges.
